Listening – quite often at a first meeting with a new client we won’t say much.  We just sit and listen.  To their needs, wants, challenges.  There’s no selling (most of our business comes from referrals in any case).

Honesty and integrity – the old clichés!  But it’s true. Tell it as it is.  Complete transparency – about everything.

Modesty – perhaps a strange thing to say.  But we don’t shout from the rooftops, throw big bashes or spend our time trying to garner lots of profile and PR.  We just get on with it.

Hands-on at all levels – we’re all in it together here, from founding Directors to new recruits.  Every one of us handles clients and candidates and develops the business.

Passion for recruitment – and the people in it.  It’s our real passion for Recruitment that made us found the business and is driving our success.  It’s not like a job.  More a way of life!  And our clients and candidates sense that passion because it’s infectious.

Partnerships and teamwork – true partnerships with our clients are a major driver for us and them.  True partnerships exist where both parties have shown commitment by actions as well as words.  Demonstrable, tangible commitment.  A marriage, not a one-night-stand!

Fun – we promised ourselves when we set up Zachary Daniels that we’d pack it in the day we stopped having fun.  And we’re still here enjoying ourselves.  It probably goes hand-in-hand with the passion!
