Retained advertised search: Any recruiter can look at a jobs board. We go (much) further. Our in-house experts and media partners plan and integrate media campaigns that help you reach the best people more effectively. And our recruiters have contacts built over years that give you direct access to key talent you won’t find anywhere else.

Proactive talent finding: They’re not looking for a new role. You’re not actively looking to recruit. But sometimes we meet a candidate we know would be perfect for you. So vacancy or not, we’ll introduce you to them.

Assess: You won’t see a candidate until we’ve seen them first. We pre-screen and interview so we’re confident about the people we send your way.

Shortlist: All hits. No filler. Our shortlists are like a ‘best of’ album by your favourite band.

Interviews: We arrange for shortlisted candidates to meet with your interviewer and communicate feedback from each party.

Offer: Ready to hire? We help with negotiations and support the candidate during any notice periods.

Post: We’ll keep in regular contact with you and the candidate throughout the first year to ensure everything is going smoothly.
