About the Role
As a Planning & Reporting Manager at [Company Name], you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimising the planning and reporting processes within our retail operations. Key Responsibilities:

- Production of the Weekly P&L packs for the Group, including the Weekly Investor Pack.
- Production of the quarterly Bond holder’s presentation.
- Production of the Main Board Meeting pack.
- Ad-hoc reporting and analysis as and when the FD or CFO requires.
- Lead ad-hoc projects for the FD/CFO.
Knowledge and Skills Needed
- Proven experience in retail planning, budgeting, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and the ability to work with sales and financial data.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, including Excel, and financial software.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic retail environment.
