About the Role

As a Planning & Reporting Manager at [Company Name], you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimising the planning and reporting processes within our retail operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Production of the quarterly Bond holder’s presentation.
  • Production of the Main Board Meeting pack.
  • Ad-hoc reporting and analysis as and when the FD or CFO requires.
  • Lead ad-hoc projects for the FD/CFO.

Knowledge and Skills Needed

  • Proven experience in retail planning, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations and the ability to work with sales and financial data.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, including Excel, and financial software.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic retail environment.
