I’d like to provide feedback on my recent interaction with Zachary Daniel’s as both a candidate and a client.

I cannot recommend Zachary Daniels high enough, and more specifically Winston Johnson.

Winston is without doubt the best recruiter I’ve ever dealt with. He ensures he understands his client’s business, team and culture and clearly only puts forward credible candidates. As a candidate, he understands the stress of the recruitment process and keeps you up to date on progress, provides valuable insight into the job spec/role and gives great advice leading into the interview. What I found even more impressive is that he ensures he does not go overboard on this side of things, as this can result in you being overly prepared and answers will come out as inorganic.

More than the above, Winston is simply a pleasure to work with and it was obvious that my success was just as important to him as it was myself, which is rare in this field.
