My first roles in retail were with JJB Sports and Esprit before progressing into more senior management appointments with Gap and then to River Island where I was a commercial manager, then deputy store manager. After really enjoying my time in retail management I decided I wanted to stay in the industry but in another capacity and swiftly moved into recruitment in September 2007.

I joined Zachary Daniels via Exsurgo where I held numerous management roles and prior to that I worked for the RHR and Fashion & Retail Personnel Group where I progressed from an entry-level consultant to a director appointment. My expertise across fashion, retail and consumer markets – together with an eye for detail and a passion for truly understanding each client’s motivations – make me the ideal person to lead the Zachary Daniels cross-market senior recruitment.
