I’m a Business Manager at Zachary Daniels recruiting nationally within the commercial sector. Essentially, if the role’s office based (e.g. administrators, office managers, accounts payable/receivable etc) I recruit for it, whether it’s for a retail organisation or not.
I love building relationships with clients and candidates. I get genuine joy and fulfilment out of placing a candidate into their new dream role. I do take my job personally because I always want to do the best I can for my clients and candidates.
I’ve spent almost two decades in recruitment. That’s helped me build a lot of really strong relationships and I always stay in touch with my clients and pay them the occasional visit. Because of that, I find they tend to knock on the door again when they’re looking for somebody for their team or for their own next opportunity.
I’ve been watching Zachary Daniels’ growth for years. I love their brand and culture. When I joined, straightaway I could see the candidate and client care in everything they do. That’s why they’re so successful. There’s a real entrepreneurial feel here. I’ve not worked in an agency like that before. Everyone treats their desk as their business and I’ve never seen people work so hard for their clients.
Outside of work, I’m a full time mum to two children and a very energetic Spaniel. I also love socialising, spending time with friends and family, and I love music — I’ve got loads of gigs lined up for this year.
