Andy Scullion
I’ve built more than two decades of recruitment experience, which today I apply to a broad portfolio including UK and international fashion retail, food, homeware, DIY & garden, and luxury.
That experience matters to my clients. They know that, through me, they get access to a huge network. They know I understand their processes and requirements and they trust me to deliver the people they need.
Experience also means you know how to work with people, you know how to build relationships, and you know how to listen (to candidates and clients).
I’ve been with Zachary Daniels for several years now. I love the variety. Every day brings different clients, challenges, and opportunities. My favourite part of the job is getting a brand new project and thinking about how to approach it.
You get well rewarded here and there’s a lot of freedom to operate in a way that suits you. But perhaps the thing I value most is that I respect my colleagues and they respect me. I’m now a business manager which means more accountability so, in addition to my recruitment role, I provide more support to the wider business and act as a go-to for less experienced colleagues who might need a bit of guidance or advice.
Outside of work I’m a football coach for my eldest boy’s team. I’ve done my football qualifications and am about to start my UEFA licences next year.
