Nadine studied Fashion Design before spending six years working as a Buyer in fast-paced retail environments. She understands firsthand the pace, pressure and commercial decisions behind the roles she now recruits for.

She has since built a 23-year career specialising in Buying and Merchandising recruitment, partnering with leaders to build teams that balance creativity with commercial performance.
