Zachary Daniels Appoints Louisa Robinson and Andy Scullion as Directors of Retail Operations

Zachary Daniels has announced the promotion of Louisa Robinson and Andy Scullion to Directors of Retail Operations, strengthening the senior leadership team as the business moves into its next phase of growth.

Louisa and Andy have each spent more than ten years with Zachary Daniels and are well known across the retail sector for the part they’ve played in building and shaping the retail operations function. Over the past year, they have already led the division, driving strong performance, developing high-performing teams, and building on long-standing partnerships with retail clients across the UK.

Their promotions reflect both the scale of the retail operations market and the ambition to keep supporting retailers at every level, from shop floor roles through to senior leadership appointments.

In their new roles, Louisa and Andy will work closely with CEO Danny Monfea to continue evolving the retail operations offering. This includes building capability in line with client demand and supporting the wider growth of the business across the UK and internationally.

Founded in May 2012 by Danny Monfea and Zac Clements, Zachary Daniels has delivered consistent year-on-year growth and recently reached a turnover of approximately £6 million. The business became employee-owned in 2021 and now operates from offices in Warrington, London and Belfast, partnering with retailers across all levels of hiring from shop floor through to boardroom.

Alongside the continued growth of retail operations, the business is also expanding its executive search division under the leadership of co-founder Zac Clements, as well as its specialist recruitment offerings across HR, Finance, Buying and Merchandising, Marketing and Digital, Technology, and Commercial functions.

The appointment of COO Alexa Naylor in January 2025 further underlines the focus on building a strong, sustainable leadership team to support the long-term ambitions of the business.
