I had a great recruitment experience with Zachary Daniel’s. My recruiter Hannah Cooper gave me lots of guidance, interview prep and matched me with the best role for this point in my career. Quick turn around and feedback too ! It’s not easy job hunting but made possible with great recruiters like this !

I couldn’t recommend Hannah at Zachary Daniels enough!

From the very beginning, Hannah was absolutely amazing throughout the entire recruitment process. She was so friendly, supportive and approachable, and genuinely made the whole experience feel so much easier and less daunting.

Hannah kept me updated every step of the way, was always happy to answer any questions and made me feel confident and supported throughout. It was clear that she genuinely cared about finding the right opportunity for me rather than just filling a position.

Thanks to Hannah, I have now secured an exciting new role, and I honestly couldn’t be more grateful for all her help and encouragement.

Thank you so much, Hannah! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for their next career opportunity!

Aldi could be on the verge of launching an ecommerce arm in the UK as its logistics operators says it has the systems in place to “seize the opportunity which e-commerce offers”.

Armstrong Logistics, Aldi’s long-term logistics partner, has built and launched a dedicated home delivery division which it says will become a “major part of our business in the future”, according to The Grocer.

What our clients say:

The support and advice I have received from Mark over the last 12 months has been second to none. Mark has built a strong relationship throughout this time where he has been honest and shown integrity. He has kept in regular contact, has always been available, returned calls in a timely manner, shared opportunities and made invaluable recommendations. Without his support and that of his colleagues at Zachary Daniels, my quest to find my next position would have been far more difficult. Thanks for your support, help and advice. Really do appreciate your help!! (Mark Humphreys – Feb 2020)

Candidate

Graham has recently worked on an assignment for me to recruit a Regional Account Manager, he was fully engaged with our requirements and delivered a number of quality candidates from which we recruited a very strong recruit.

Duncan Gornall, Sales and Marketing Director at Leeds Bronze Engineering

I’d like to provide feedback on my recent interaction with Zachary Daniel’s as both a candidate and a client.

I cannot recommend Zachary Daniels high enough, and more specifically Winston Johnson.

Winston is without doubt the best recruiter I’ve ever dealt with. He ensures he understands his client’s business, team and culture and clearly only puts forward credible candidates. As a candidate, he understands the stress of the recruitment process and keeps you up to date on progress, provides valuable insight into the job spec/role and gives great advice leading into the interview. What I found even more impressive is that he ensures he does not go overboard on this side of things, as this can result in you being overly prepared and answers will come out as inorganic.

More than the above, Winston is simply a pleasure to work with and it was obvious that my success was just as important to him as it was myself, which is rare in this field.
